Technical Support

Cyprus-PC provides a wide range of support options on all products sold from the site, as well as supporting 3rd party purchased products on an individual basis. Products within warranty period will be repaired according to the individual terms of the warranty. For products outside the warranty period, an evaluation and cost quotation will be performed free of charge, to determine the options available to the customer. Cyprus-PC provides both on and off site support and remote support where available.

Notebook / Laptop Repairs

Cyprus-PC support staff can perform repairs on laptops even if the products are not purchased from Cyprus-PC. We have access to notebooks parts for most major brands. This service has a minimum charge for diagnostic fees so please contact us before bring you notebook in for evaluation.
