Conferencing

It is the hardware used for online meetings, such as video bars with a camera and speakers, speakerphones, webcams and meeting room displays, working with apps like Teams and Zoom.

For a meeting room you need a camera, a microphone and speakers, often combined in one video bar, plus a screen. For a desk, a webcam and a headset or speakerphone is enough.

Choose one with microphones that pick up voices around the whole table and noise reduction. Larger rooms may need two linked speakerphones or a video bar.

A conference speaker, or speakerphone, is a combined speaker and microphone that lets a group of people join a call clearly from around a table.
